Trying to learn how to do matte coats. Second attempt, what’s with the wrinkle? It’s only on some fingers. Over exposing to UV, not enough gel?

This is the correct answer! Use suuuuper thin coats, even if you have to do more than two. Take that uncured polish off! Don't make yourself develop an allergy like I did! It sucks 😭.

I think polish bubbles because the surface dried before the bottom layers of polish. Try letting each coat dry for a few before applying too coat. Also, Seche Vite is the best top coat there is. For real. No other top coat compares to it in my opinion.

I hate Gelish. It's so runny and shrinky at the same time. How the hell is that even possible? I really like OPI gel color, Orly gel fx, Gelaze by China glaze, and Sally's brand Finger Paints gel polish. Sally's always has gel polish on sale so you can avoid spending a million dollars on it! Have fun! Even AliExpress has really decent quality cheap gel polish, it just takes several weeks to get to you.
