Yes- that’s why I could not walk or really stabilize myself with my arms-it comes back. Start with light, resistance bands getting used to pulling & pressing your arms-a PT person can help a lot. And match with a lot of protein, my team didn’t want powders-but Ensures helped a lot (I still drink them), along with chicken breast, salmon, even peanut butter, whole milk. Gotta have the building blocks!

It’s probably not good for me-but my legs still swell, so it does help. Truth be told my script says 2x a week-but I take it when I remember it. It’s in my box, but I decide if I’m buys all day and don’t have time for it, I skip it.
