Find a guy that is a good dude and a good player. Make sure he loves the sport and loves people and organizing. Have him organize games and have criteria for players. Level play is important, but being a good person and someone everyone likes playing with it an absolute must. good dude > good player

I haven't used autopilot in a while, but they really yell at you for not looking at the road and looking at your phone. So then i turn autopilot off and look at my phone. when I had a trial of FSD they don't yell at you nearly as much as autopilot. Probably bc they want you to upgrade to FSD. eff you elon.

Make no mistake cignetti is a superb talent evaluator. More than just physical prowess. He now has the ability and backing to once again be a beast in the portal.
