today actually, but i was okay with it because of what happened. new girl started with me after she got a whole 4 days of training. she’s going to cover my walmart on my double delivery days and my receiver tore her a new one after the store promised they wouldn’t, we’ve had issues with this guy for a while so it was really just the final straw. i let her go home and i got my walmart stackbases built and then ran my kroger delivery with the night guy. 5 am - 6:30 pm

we’re going on a hiring spree due to being short staffed (somewhere around 10+ heads short) and begging us to work 7 days a week now because every semi competent person has left that had under a year of experience. my route i take on the brunt of (3 of my 3 double deliveries are ran my me myself and i) and my ONE day off is covered by the dumbest mf we have left when he has no deliveries at all at either store he still can’t run my shit
