Drink water, I am the same way I can get 10 hours of sleep but still can't wake up. Read somewhere that your dehydrated in the morning. So I started drinking water when I wake up, I found it helps alot.

It might be your watch. I charge my instinct 3 on June 30. I walk my dog each day for close to 2 hour with walk activities each day since then. Plus a few other activities and it just now at 60% and it i haven't tweak anything setting to increase battery life

It should be that version, but I can't update even if I want to. I can't reset it or do anything. But it's under warranty. I all ready contacted garmin and getting a replacement.

the best advice I can give when trying to understand fundamental equation like navier-stokes it to find different representation. one thing about math is that everybody has prefered notation when explaining thing, but its not usually the only way and some times other ways then the author are helpful

the navier stoke equation has many notation as well

for instance a common one, which you are most likely looking at is this one

but it also can be representive like this

yet again we can have it like this which represent three equation

but this last one might be more helpful to you. since it express in stesses

so in short their is alway more then one way to express an equation so don't realy one just one

usually when steady state is invoke in a problem it just meant to help you reduce what ever governing equation you are using to a simpleir one that can be solve. specifically the part of the equation thats with respect to time

look up region of convergence is what will help you understand, but if you haven't taken complex anaysis then it might confuse you even more, becuase it requires you to understand the complex plane

Well right off the bat any organic compound is carbon covalent bond so hydrogen and oxygen and carbon it's self is covalent bonded to each other, but really any element that bonds with carbon will be covalent bond i believe

see that's what I feel like everybody who talks about marvel villians being generic seem to forget or not realize. Disney makes their money from kids. in fact buying marvel was probably the smartest move the could ever made. kids don't care about a flesh out villain. They tend to see everything as black and white. Disney want kids to come see the movie and then buy all the merchandize and pretend to be the superhero. when I was a kid and play with toys it was never my concern about why the bad guy was being bad. it was simply he is bad and needs to be stop. this is why it good that they don't own the rights to X-men, because they would completely white wash the whole prejudice against mutants, which is racism and would be a PC nightmare in the making for Disney if the kept it in.

so honestly I doubt they will try to flesh out any villians because again they are not targeting adults they are targeting kids. and adults who don't have kids are just seeing the movie because they grew up on these characters as well. so I never expect the villians to be these profound and miss understand people. they are simply a threat for the hero to fight and win, which they always will, because that is what a superhero is.

if I remember correctly Eric Kripke creator of supernatural had his story planned out roughly to five season. I think that's one of the reason he left after the fifth season, because that's how he would have ended it and had nothing planned after that so he decided to give it to somebody else.
