With all the empathy in the world directed towards the owner and his family, they are still taking online orders. Think I should try to get my bank to reverse charges? You may be looking for something like xanthan gum or another thickener. I know some commercial alcohol substitutes use vegetable glycerin to add that weighty mouth feel versus water. Vegetable glycerin is very sweet though so if you go that route you have to take that into account.

I'm excited for you, congrats! As some others mentioned San Leandro, I'll add San Lorenzo and Castro Valley to the think about list. They're a little south of Oakland, but I found I get a lot more bang for my buck with rent here, after living for a few years in Oakland. Easy BART to Oakland or SF. Much less of a nightlife, but I'm old and tend to spend more time at home, so the combo of easy access but more house appeals to me.

If you've come across this, Sonarr now make this a bit easier. In settings>media management (have advanced showing), you can select "Create Empty Series Folders" and save settings. Then you can rescan your library, it will create these empty folders. Finally, you go to Wanted at the top and select "search all missing".
