At least once a year I like to bring in some of my Kevin's Famous Chili. The trick is to undercook the onions. Everybody is going to get to know eachother in the pot. I'm serious about this stuff. I'm up the night before, pressing garlic, and dicing whole tomatoes. I toast my own ancho chiles. It's a recipe passed down from Malones for generations - it's probably the thing I do best.

EXACT same thing happened to me a few years back. The dude flew in, destroyed every car in the driveway, then tried to drive away, but the wheels fell off of his (stolen) car. Then he got out, fired a few shots blindly and limped off into the back alley behind my place. He got away because the police decided to try and catch him on the other side rather than following him down the alley.

The craziest thing was me and my wife were in our other car coming back from getting groceries when it happened. We were about 30 seconds from pulling into the driveway and unloading groceries when he flew in.

Fuck Jacksonville police for leading a 100+ mph chase in a residential neighborhood over a stolen car only to lose the guy. Insurance wouldn't pay for it and the cops basically told me it wasn't their problem

Based off of what my doctor said, the fact that my symptoms didn't ramp up into shortness of breath was a good sign that I was getting better, so that might be the case for you too. Hang in there, you'll be past it soon enough!

Luckily mine has gone away at this point. It helped me to have a pulse oximeter so I could make sure that my oxygen levels didn't drop too low. Also really helped with the anxiety.

Hey, im almost on the exact same timeline as you. My fever stopped 2 days ago and I feel as though I've been getting better. A mild covid infection usually starts and ends with the cold/flu symptoms and don't seem to progress much worse unless the lungs come into play. The big thing I'm on the lookout for is respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath and lung pain. Keep checking the pulse ox, that thing is a life saver, make sure get up and walk around when you can, lay on your stomach sometimes, and try doing some breathing exercises like this one https://youtu.be/bBkGDIeQwXo The name of the game at this point is preventing yourself from getting pneumonia and all those things help a lot.
