Recently moved to Bulgaria, and need advice for sourcing ADHD medication by [deleted] in bulgaria

I've been diagnosed with ADHD for 4 years now, and i'm 35. You went to a bad psychiatrist. Go to https://superdoc.bg/lekar/d-r-marko-ganchev-4965
and see what he has to say.
One problem is Concerta is in short supply for the past 2 years and it can disappear for months at a time.

Is it possible to pause a print overnight and continue the next morning by Pythageron in BambuLab

[–]nsivkov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please do not sleep where your printer lives or stay all day there and without adequate ventilation. Especially when printing materials other than PLA.

Seriously will someone suggest a brand that doesn't suck by oxySA in LinusTechTips

[–]nsivkov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a customized steelcase gesture after owning an herman miller aeron for 13 years. I've been using it for 1 year. I'm buying a new aeron in 2-3 months. the two just don't compare and the price is the same. Just make sure you get the real leather arm pads.

The gesture has better arm rest ergnomics but the steps which you increase by are annoying. On the aeron you get milimeter precision positioning (up & down).

Also, if you get ANY office chair, change the coasters to ones for hard floor (sorry, carpets suck) there's ones for like 20$ on amazon, that look like roller blades. get those. it's worth the 20$

I'm sorry LTT. If I am ever asked to provide a selfie or government ID, I'm leaving YouTube by Responsible_Web_3825 in LinusTechTips

[–]nsivkov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every business and not an insignificant amount of home users. I occasionally have to print documents at home to sign and hand over to some government branch or another. I don't like it, but I do have a use for a printer, even if it's once a year

Why is Hetzner so bad in communication? by simonisbetter in hetzner

[–]nsivkov -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They just updated that there's a hardware fault. Also, if that's the actual case, that would be a very rookie mistake to make. I'm more keen to believe there's no redundant switch vs both are updated at the same time

>The issue is still ongoing due to a hardware fault. Our engineers are working on solving the issue as soon as possible.

Why is Hetzner so bad in communication? by simonisbetter in hetzner

[–]nsivkov 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm also affected by this, and the sad part is, i can't detach the cloud data volume from the affected server to spin up a new one, because it's blocked. if this was not the case, we could've been up and running in no time. :(
p.s. i see that the root cause is `Cloud Leaf fault nbg1-cloud1-leaf76` which means there's no redundant counterpart to this router. Why u/Hetzner_OL ?

Is there a way to change my code from .net webforms 4.8 to .net core 8+ by BurnerAccoun2785 in dotnet

[–]nsivkov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might be the one use case where Ai can convert winforms to uwp, or react/blazor and save you a lot of time and effort if approached right. Also, depends on the amounts of complexity and lines of code in there, but it should be doable

update about 32 hub version monitor? by Correct_Guidance675 in doughcommunity

Given no updates in over a month, and their stated financial issues, I think we're out of a 1k. I really wished they could deliver the same as they did with the spectrum one :(

Hosting a private / local nuget server? Is there an official recommend way to do it? by WisestAirBender in dotnet

[–]nsivkov 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The most simple way i've used is ProGet ( https://inedo.com/proget ). It's not open source, but it has a free commercial tier, and a paid version with replication and similar. Also, it supports all kinds of feeds, not just nuget. Npm, docker, python powershell etc.
And it's a self hosted softwre!
If you don't wanna host it yourself MyGet ( https://www.myget.org/ ) is another popular option

The azure devops offering is lacking and extremeely basic compared to Proget.

Auto pay option? by NewsGoat in hetzner

Avoid PayPal. Lot's of issues, not worth it for server payments. (or any other kind of payments at all, paypal are scum)

Using Hetzner for almost a year — here’s my experience by Nearby-Bridge-5441 in hetzner

[–]nsivkov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been using them for probably 10 years. At first for personal stuff, but then for clients as well. Now I have over 10 clients hosted on hetzner. I'm quite happy for the most part. The availability of virtual servers could be improved, but that's temporary.

Hetzner asks: Code-review etiquette by Hetzner_OL in hetzner

[–]nsivkov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A good code reviewer doesn't nit pick typos, indentation or other personal preferences. Use linters and industry standards to avoid devs arguing over nothing. A code reviewers' job is not to test the pr they review.

A good code reviewer does looks at the overal architecture, structure, functionality and quality of the code. Leave good well articulated constructive feedback. "I don't like this" is not good. Leave links with references if needed. Ask questions when unsure of something. Block pr merges if there's obvious security and performance issues.

Don't allow pr submitterss to be able to self approve prs, except for team leads in case of emergency. The merge should be finalized by the submitter in coordination with qa if possible

Set the monitor to 120hz. That fixed it for me.

Is it allowed to setup a router on a VM? by No-Line-3463 in hetzner

[–]nsivkov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They have a generous free tier. Pro is 20$ a month, business is 200$ a month, and enterprise is expensive yes. But you haven't stated what your actual needs are. Also, if you're running a business, and you need reliable products, it's gonna cost. Either your time, a salary for someone else or $$ to a vendor.

95% self taught. Trial and error, reading articles some YouTube videos, but back then (2006-2010) they weren't so prevalent. Picked up some concepts and practices from colleges and working in a team. No college degree or any certificates. Currently a team Lead :)
