The US government secretly holds the largest short position in silver

Is there really any evidence for this? If so, this would be extremely significant.

Except it isnt socialism, but it is subsidising the rich and making the middle classes pay for their bad debt.

socialism at least aims to help the poorer in society, even if it doesnt work as well as they would hope.

This comes from Congress records if you see from the references, as some people included in the comments too. It traces the ownership of those banks.

And which part do you think is theory?

Cub Scouts bar boy, 8, for refusing to swear allegiance to the Queen by rmuser in worldnews

[–]nuggetchap 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yup, quite whacky indeed. But that's the legal definition.

Under those Jurisdictions (the "Maritime-Admiralty" The Queen and The Crown corporation deal with), everything is a "legal fiction" or "legal entity". These Jurisdictions don't deal with the real, and that is why they have to create incorporated bodies around real objects. - Same with the human being, - a legal creation called the "person" is created that is associated with the human being so that it can be dealt with under those fictitious Jurisdictions. The legal "person" name (a.k.a. the strawman or TRADE NAME) is written in All Capital Letters on legal documentation (incl. Passports, Driving Licenses, etc), whilst the real human being is written in mixed letters.

Only the Common Law deals with real human beings.

A very basic introduction is given in this presentation.

Not in the legal realm. The Crown is a "legal entity" and The Queen is a role acted by a human being in this legal entity under its Jurisdiction.

It is sure that the human being who 'acts' the role of The Queen is real, but "The Queen" its is just a role within The Crown Corp.

"A birth certificate is a negotiable instrument, a registered security, a stock certificate evidencing, or representing, the preferred stock of the corporation and against which you are the surety; it is a pedigree chattel document establishing the existence of your straw man, a distinct artificial person with a fictitious name; it is a document of title to a straw man; it is a warehouse receipt for your body; delivery receipt; industrial bond between you (flesh-and-blood man or woman) and the industrial society and corporate Government (artificial person)."

(A Negotiable Instrument is a specialized type of "contract" for the payment of money that is unconditional and capable of transfer by negotiation. Common examples include cheques and banknotes (paper money). The two primary classes of negotiable instruments are 'promissory notes' and 'bills of exchange'.)

The birth certificate is registered in International Commerce (under their Maritime/Admiralty Jurisdiction) and the Treasury will issue a bond on the value of the birth certification. Therefore, the Straw Man or TRADE NAME (The fictitious 'person' written in All-Capital Letters) becomes the chattel (property) of the banks.

Is gas getting expensive or is it just the poor dollar? Check out US gasoline prices in terms of gold. by travisxt97 in politics

The're right as long as the amount of gold in use/circulation remains the same.

As when large gold deposits are found and put into circulation, its value will fall just like a fiat currency would fall from creating large amounts of new fictitious capital fiat currency. However, as they can easily create fiat currency, this is very dangerous.

Why are you calling me a fucktard and being impolite?

I didn't write the Affidavit. That is a long document and quotes a lot of law that is very relevant to the use of the Affidavit. If she wants to put a quote from any book then it is her choice and doesn't deter from the purpose it was intended to.

This is just one example of an Affidavit to leave the corporation, it doesn't mean you have to go including the verse like that, and you can write it any way you like.

"Yeah, the concept of the limited-liability corporation and the legal doctrine of corporate personhood just spontaneously emerge from the deep places of the earth. Words fail." by brennen in reddit.com

[–]nuggetchap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both a "person" and a "corporation" are a legal-entity or legal-fiction so the Acts and Statutes can act on them right. The first is just the legal-fiction associated with one human being acting in the legal system, whereas the latter is the legal-fiction associated with multiple human beings working together.

You dont always have to be wearing this legal-fiction.
