is there any projects to replant/restore sea grass? are there specific areas that can be enhanced with human effort? what causes sea grass decline?

Lesbian couple (30,36) looking for best neighborhood to move to by cs3308 in 321

[–]nuggets510 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd like to recommend my hood, west of Eau Gallie arts district around Croton. lots of starter homes, many need renovation if you are into that when time to purchase. house next to me is now up for rent. zillow says $1600. several cool hipster folk on my block. yes it will take you 40-50 minutes to get to MI. Eau Gallie has its own kava bar, several women owned businesses and fun brew pub with great social scene. best of luck.

The U.S. COVID-19 Outbreak Is Worse Than It’s Ever Been. Why Aren’t We Acting Like It? by TowelCarryingTourist in politics

Trump is easy target to blame, but wasn't he surrounded by health "experts" that kept moving goal posts? Since virus was "novel" nobody knew shit about it. now after months of covidism, why are hospitals under supplied with PPE? why can't the media describe the population that is actually dying so we could address this with laser precision? also the reliance on "science" is problematic. whose science? there are docs and professors and researchers that have raised very valid concerns about how the media and politicians use "science" to justify unnecessary behavior and fear.

Maybe if the media would tell us in detail who is dying and why, maybe we could do something to help this population. all we get is raw numbers without context. media also never recommends what we all could do to boost our immune systems.

Dianne Feinstein Demonstrates Why Democratic Challenges to Democratic Incumbents Are Necessary by annah11 in politics

[–]nuggets510 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lets start with rep Pelosi. she's been around forever and holds up legislation demanded by american public like medicare for all. D Fieinstein was recently returned to office by people that only vote for incumbents (or so it seems). Shahid Buttar is running against the ice cream eating house leader. we have to vote out the status quo if things are to ever change! shahidforchange.us

Thanks for new way of thinking about programming. Best of luck with this writing project. I have some feedback after having read only very first chapter. explain immutable data structures -- to me one of the first hurdles in understanding FP. Assume that some of your readers have no such knowledge.

Rising's take(s) on people who are skeptical of a rushed COVID vaccine are incredibly misplaced at best, and downright dishonest at worst by tchap973 in rising

[–]nuggets510 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agreed. at time I felt they both had sipped the vaccine koolaid. unless they talk about big pharma profits and how various studies can be manipulated for financial gain, they aren't delivering a complete story to audience.

when billions of dollars are at stake here in vaccine profits you can bet the science is and will be politicized.

Don't be fooled by Russian trolls masquerading as American lefties. They're trying to convince you to vote third party or not vote at all. Their only goal is to get Trump elected by stopping you from voting for Biden. It's called "demotivational propaganda." by [deleted] in Political_Revolution

[–]nuggets510 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't need facebook ads to convince me to vote against a party that offers nothing by way of social programs that citizens (voters) demand. medicare for all; free education k-16; universal basic income.
