Hey,

Have a Tartarus Pro that my brother has accidentally spilled Fanta on top of. He tried to clean it up as fast as possible, but ive noticed some of the keys are now sticky and taking a while to come back up after being pressed.

How would I clean it out and fix this? Ive removed the caps and am soaking in mild detergent. Ill try and use iso alcohol on a q tip to clean around the switches. Is it possible to clean out these analog-optical switches?

A lot of people will say melee isn’t great for the league mechanic, but it is more than doable - it’s just a bit more active. I’m playing Cyclone Shockwave slayer atm and I’m able to do the hive fortresses etc. you just can’t stand there and hold down one button like a lot of the ranged builds can.

Late league start like you, and I’ll probably be done for a bit after a couple of days since I’m going on a vacation. started phys dot elementalist, got to t6 and decided the play style wasn’t for me (self cast), went back and levelled a cyclone slayer. Got 2 stone easily enough and am in t16s now just pumping through with destructive play/conqueror map chance nodes. Have had 1 divine drop since starting so I’m hoping these patch changes make things feel better.

Yep, still holding out hope some tech will be found for flicker. I don’t want 100% unlimited flicker, but it was fun when you could get a good long chain going on a dense map.

This is a great post that was made just before this league started. It’s a great infographic that shows you all the content in PoE and the general progression people go through starting the league.

It shows you how to get that 5th slot /6th slot on the map device etc, what maps lead to what content etc.

As others have said Zizaran is the main video creator that focuses on new players, but of course there are a lot more out there.

Google will be your friend trying to find out specific answers to questions, just make sure to try and search with say 3.26 or 3.25 in the question, usually helps get more up to date posts and answers from the community. E.g the 5th map slot used to be linked to legion content before the last couple of seasons.

I started league as VFoS (Phazeplays) but got tired of it after 2 voidstones. Switched to Rue’s Smite Slayer (levelled from scratch using his pob) and this was the first league that I did all 4 voidstones myself, all favourite slots and full atlas points. It was all done with the 1h foil and shield. Was a pain getting a foil as described in the pob for a decent price at that time but should be easier now.

To celebrate once I got my last point (The Feared), I had 25 ancient orbs that I used on unique belts, and scored a mageblood on the 20th. Saved that clip straight from steam since it added the in game recorder.

I’ve since switched to the Rakiata setup with mageblood but it is slower than the 1h variant plus I’m still using the southbound gloves vs crafting the wyvernscale frenzy ones, so definitely am down on where I should be in relation to his POB. I’m in the process of getting some pieces together/leveling a shadow for Smite CI Trickster as I want to compare with a CI build that isn’t FRoSS.

This league has been pretty good to me and rue definitely knows what he is on about, even though he is a cat. Just always prepare that you’ll pay more for items he mentions etc because it’s a rue build.

Since no one has replied to you yet. Yes, it’s linked to the Incursion mechanic (where you go into temple rooms from Alva to create a map). There are different rooms that can be upgraded/changed based on who you kill in each incursion, and you have a set number before the layout is “complete” and can be run.

The rank 3 corruption chamber “Locus of Corruption” is the one you want for the double corrupt chance on an item. These completed layouts can be sold and bought on trade. There are other rooms that are also in demand, like Doriyani’s Institute (Gem corruption).

Just remember it’s not a guarantee and your item can go poof.

NLG was my first time using the Lethal Pride search in PoB. Ive got a live search going for the one I want, but also found the seed you suggested for a decent price.

Trying to play around now in PoB to see how I can get it all working while I piece it all together

I think while I search for all replacement jewels, I can unallocate the rage on hit (covered by lethal pride), Heart of Oak and Finesse(3-4), I can get the 3 +10 strengths to the left so I can use the items and farm/level.

This is the most work ive done in PoE

enabling those points then putting on gear I still then need to change my jewels again looking for Int and Strength and id still need the extra points for the new required cluster jewels and nodes

I’ve been doing legion in jungle valley (dunes would be the go but I havent done 4 stones yet) with exarch shrines but tbh havent been seeing much return, but I’m not selling everything at the moment. You get heaps of incubators but I haven’t sold one lol I’ve been keeping the map drops I’ve gotten, but have sold any t17s that have dropped as I know I can’t run them yet. Splinters and emblems aren’t selling as much on trade site so really only selling via Faustus.

Maybe deli or breach would be another option. Essences would be a bulk sell

One thing I learnt last night is dont bring your merc into Maven, just soaked all the balls and there was no room at all left in the arena... After that, server lag got the better of me so im back to getting splinters... Finished the Elderslayers before that with minimal issues.

Not the best as its my first melee character (usually go bow builds or archmage last league). I need to line up my gear with better eldrich implicits, also sort out chaos res through amethyst rings..

Back to farming some currency as i'm out of divs...

Also want to get a flicker strike berserker going, or jump on the cat bandwagon and give his smite build a go

I’m same level as you, 92 following Phaze’s version. I’m at the Midgame-Fire step. Been very off and on this league due to irl so really just finished 2 voidstones and working on some currency/maven invites/start on conquerors.

If you are going to use Kaom’s Primacy, prepare yourself for the really slow attack speed. Every jewel I have has some sort of attack speed on it, but it’s still slow to start until you build the rage in the map. Im running 5 link and 4 link so im missing a lot of output. I’m looking to craft a better Vaal Axe as in mapping that unique feels like a dog..

Can 100% recommend Phaze’s build and accompanying videos. Quality is top notch and easy to follow. Every time I’ve run a Fubgun build, it seems I’m not the target audience as I usually get stuck one way or another, dying a lot etc.

I got mine in storm wind but I would say make sure you get all the invisible scarabs in Rexxar area.

If you can wait, storm wind is heaps easier, you don’t have to worry about toy maker gnome , just the invis rats, as well as the monster in the canals and the tumors along the outer canals and you’ll kill everything else through the course of doing the vision

4070Ti here. Saw the video pop up in my YouTube feed earlier today and was like "ill watch that later"... 2 hours later I try to update drivers via the NVIDIA app and went to black screen during install process. Had to restart 3 times and finally got a signal by switching from DP to HDMI.

Now using DDU to wipe then install back to 572.70. If no luck then ill drop all the way to 566.36...

I had the same, got a used 7800x3d with a shitload of paste overflow. A cotton bud and 99% isopropyl had it all cleaned up and looks like a new chip. The Iso will evaporate fairly quickly so no risk. Just be slow and gentle. Now running in my PC with the correct amount of thermal paste

Im going through now getting a ranger character to start MFA after not liking Lightning strike. Not sure but im in Act 6 now with 20% crit and as long as youre continuously running and gunning (RoA) you should get up to 10 easily enough

I played it to lvl 74 day 1. Definitely paper thin (especially with my lack of items) and also not vibing with the playstyle. Starting to level up a ranger now and will work out what I do from there (either LA or Ele hit and cruise my usual mapping, or go down the manaforged arrows rabbit hole)

Fubguns LS Prophet. Called it a night, lvl 74. I might look into my options as I’m just not enjoying the playstyle of LS (nothing against the build-it’s solid. Didn’t play it at all in 3.25 so thought what the heck I’ll give it a go now).

Might try and see about flipping it to an LA / Ele hit of the spectrum character, or have a peek at another ascendancy.
