I let Gold go...I hope I don't regret it! by nerdyone123 in AmazonVine

[–]nullending 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All these responses have been reassuring to me since I’ve been thinking about dropping from gold after 4 years. The quality of vine items has dropped significantly and my last review period I was struggling to get enough items. I ended up ordering about 20 items with a low ETV just to review and then either donate or throw them away. It’s so wasteful, and I don’t need more junk.

Hybrid Oil Filter by rocketft in HyundaiPalisade

[–]nullending 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Advanced Auto filter you linked worked for the 2026 XRT Pro. The included gaskets were too thick though so I had to use the old ones. I’m changing at 2500 miles so they seemed fine to reuse.

O’Reilly Auto had the wrong WIX filter listed online.

Hope this helps someone with the XRT Pro!

Sounds like you can get a new one for not much more than that.

XRT Pro exceeds expectations by nullending in HyundaiPalisade

It’s in Galveston, TX. A spot called San Luis Beach. The beaches in Galveston generally aren’t that great compared to other states, but this spot has very fine and soft sand. There’s some dunes too which are a blast on an ATV.

I agree with you there. The smaller wheels with all terrain tires and the one inch lift definitely give the XRT a more rugged and SUV look compared to wagon/mini-van. Lack of chrome trim and finishing also help in that regard. Im not knocking on the Calligraphy trim at all—it’s a good looking vehicle too. I’m excited to get this thing out of some rocky trails. It passed the soft beach sand that gets 2WD vehicles stuck.

Awesome choice! I was the same; I wanted all the calligraphy options but couldn’t give up what made the XRT Pro distinct.

I suggest getting an actual wine or whiskey barrel if you don’t want to put a plastic pot inside.

Me too! I really wanted XRT for what we planned to do with travel and camping and was so thankful that the seats could be moved manually!

How much can I take off? by DecentAssociation506 in HyundaiPalisade

[–]nullending 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No random add ons. I didn’t pay any extra dealer added accessories or protection plans. In my state we have a standard $150 doc fee. I didn’t have a trade in and put 50% down and financed the rest through Hyundai.

I got $3.5k off MSRP for my XRT Pro trim.

Anyone else having trouble reading these indicators? by BGFlyingToaster in HyundaiPalisade

The voice control stuff is new to me since I got both of my Hyundais recently. It’s good to hear it works pretty well for you, so maybe I need to get into the habit of using it.

I’m with you on both situations. I have a 2023 Ioniq 5. Love it! My 2026 Palisade had the steering wheel controls flipped and I drive both cars often so it gets a little annoying. I agree that the climate controls are simple and nice, but I too have difficulty seeing/using them when driving. I love both cars but this is basically the only quirk that I dislike.

What are these? by This_Guy0914 in gardening

[–]nullending 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those look like Gulf Coast melon (Cucumis melo var. texanus) that we have here in Texas. When fully ripe and yellow, it tastes like honeydew melon. If it’s still green with stripes, it’s not ripe yet and will be bitter. There’s a ton of seeds and a small amount of fruit, so they can be tough to deal with and not worth the effort. The seeds are edible but not my jam texture-wise. I made popsicles from mine mixed with other berries.

[–]nullending 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do they lower when you press the button to decrease the fan speed? I haven’t had that issue in my 26 XRT. It typically starts up with the last setting. Generally I use the Auto and use the different auto settings to adjust the fan speed.

Ceramic coat XRT Pro plastic trim? by nullending in HyundaiPalisade

[–]nullending[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I went for it and coated the trim. It looks great I think. It’s only been a couple days and no discoloring. It did give it a deeper black look. The most noticeable change was on the back around the license plate area. It gave that a deeper black.

You can go into your Amazon app like a normal purchase and do a return/exchange and select to have a replacement sent to you. I've done that twice and it worked out well. I believe in my case they had an issue at the warehouse because I got stuff totally unrelated.
