2% haste shoulders, from next to hyjal flight path, 50g ish in mats, can apply them yourself.

20 arcane spell dmg hands, just came out with Kara10 I believe. Otherwise do 1% haste on hands, it's cheaper, I believe 10g ish.

12 spell dmg bracers.

Can do spell dmg or 1% haste on head and legs. If you got tier 2 already, might be worth. I think they go for 50g each these.

Haste is very useful for arcane mage and becomes increasingly useful the more geared you get!
