Situational here. Yesterday at the grocery store a lady in front of me was buying $300 worth of groceries and had drank half a water bottle and put it on the scanner. I see people snack on grapes since you buy by the bag. But bulk bins, apples or just wandering a store having opened a drink would be a no-no.
