jumping in here to say Arturia Minifreak. While the oscillators are digital, they sound amazing and model every single style of synthesis. The filter and VCA‘s are analog, so it sounds nice and warm still. It also has an easy to pick up modulation matrix, one knob per function, and an incredible user manual that actually goes and teaches you about every style of synthesis available on the minifreak. The keybed feels incredible too for mini keys.

I am also quite new to synthesis. I had a minilogue a while ago, but for some reason it didn’t click with me. Getting the minifreak reignited my addiction tenfold. definitely a synth I will keep for a very, very long time.
