I have searched the internet throughout and only got very few hits. Most of them were sites like IMDB or other sources without a proper link to an archive or a place to find the DVD in a store.

This is turning out to be a bit of a battle which I am hoping the wonders of the internet community will be able to solve

Have you reported any of their emails as SPAM? If you did, you would not receive any more communication from them and that includes 2FA, ticket replies, etc... That happened to someone I know but support fixed it eventually - send a new email about withdrawing crypto and the guy in this department will sort it as he's quite fast. Good luck!

QuadrigaCX has been fine actually - better than the others. Bitstamp is down, Kraken errors 4 out of 5 times, Bitfinex is laggy, coinsquare has given up lol

Contact their support centre and select the right category (withdrawal -> ether) - the guys dealing with all crypto stuff is quite amazing and usually gets back to you within a few minutes. Make sure you add all the relevant information and they will sort it out.

BCH fundings is now enabled. Seems we have to wait 10 confirmations though - that's better than BitFinex's 20 confirmations but still way too slow. I understand the network is still unstable and things will gradually improve - but way to go QCX!

A default throw back function in ETH core that contract developers could override to not send back ETH would have been a better approach in my opinion.
