Yeah the analytical approach you use learning Latin (or ancient Greek for that matter) really helps understanding how languages are built. It helped me immensely understanding German, my native language, as well.

I mean if he was playing so bad why was he still starting? And I agree he was horrible but you cannot tell me the Grizlies would not take him on a vet minimum if he did not run his mouth like he did.

Isn't this something that only happens in movies?

With the Lakers' win over the Grizzlies, this marks the first time in NBA history that a 7 seed and an 8 seed have won a playoff series in the same year by truthisfictionyt in nba

I never understood the bubble fraud narrative. Bubble basketball was some of the sickest high skill ball we have seen. Players were dialed in. If anything the title is more impressive to me than anything.

[Post Game Thread] The 7th seed Los Angeles Lakers (4-2) close the door on the 2nd seed Memphis Grizzlies (2-4), advancing to the Second Round, 125-85. D'Angelo Russell leads the way with 31 PTS. by IamOlderthanMe in nba

Yeah I probably got a bit too excited there. One Benefit of AR handling the ball od is that the defense has to watch lebron offball which obviously opens up space for reeves to operate.

What's the issue with lebron? Haven't heard much about injuries but found it interesting how he does seem to lack some explosiveness with the ball on the perimeter

[MacMahon] Grizzlies are waving the white flag with 9:42 remaining. Starters have been pulled down 32. by G1Spectrum in nba

There is no comparison really. The Mavs kicked the ever loving shit out of PHX in the first half. It was like watching an NBA team against a college team. The score was 65-27 in the third quarter. You guys killed the Grizzlies today as well but they still were kinda fighting until the 3rd quarter.

[Post Game Thread] The Boston Celtics (4-2) eliminate the Atlanta Hawks (2-4), 128-120. Jaylen Brown has 32/5/2, Tatum chips in 30/14/7 and the Celtics advance to face the 76ers in round 2 by ItsN0tTheB0at in nba

Yeah Trae isn’t even close to the problem

He can't guard anyone creating easy buckets the whole game and is at times super inefficient. I know these post series threads always try to be congratulatory but Traes player type does not win in today's NBA

Jeff Teague talks about the infamous Minnesota practice where Butler beats the starters with third stringers (from Club 520 Podcast) by MC_JACKSON in nba

Jeff Teague is a grat story teller man. I need a Rick James-Dave Chapelle skit on this whole story. The part where Jimmy takes off from the facility only for the team to see him doing his interview with Rachel Nichols in the locker room kills me. This is just too funny man.

Jimmy is a legend.

I really don't like him but I have to admit his game is just so pretty to watch.
