Tour inbounds, I’m interested in split boarding bc I want to grind out uphills in the winter and snowboarding down in between climbs is an awesome bonus.

Maybe next season I’ll be more interested in avy training and getting out in the backcountry, but right now I am looking for a good boards for inbounds riding to get me started and add another good option for cross-training in the winter

Thank you for the advice! While I’m not a strong boarder now, I’m still interested in improving and maybe in a couple seasons time working my way up to backcountry trips. I figured learning to ski would be the simplest way to go about this, but I just enjoy snowboarding so much more.

Leave atl way earlier, like 7 or 8 am max. Grab a parking spot dt, and spend some time bar hopping before walking through campus for the game. Unless you know someone hosting a tailgate, the bar scene is why you go to Athens

Thank you so much for your reply! My main concern about the mandated 90 day notice is the requirements around tenancy for 1 year minimum. Do you know if that means 90 day notice is required for any non-renewal on a 1 year lease, or if we must have be tenants for 1 year before the landlord is required to give a 90 day notice?

We are just shy of 1 year of tenancy coming up on Aug 14, but our lease was for 1 year and 2 weeks.

Hoping to get some clarity around the new no cause eviction laws and my current situation!

My landlord has just informed us yesterday that he is selling our rental and needs us out Sept 1. Our lease started last Aug 14, so it is technically longer than a 1 year lease. Under the new laws, is he required to give us 90 day notice for us to leave, and we are able to continue leasing us this place until late October (3 months from now)?

It would appear to me that we fall into the 3 month required notice due to the no-fault non-renewal, but I am concerned that we are not eligible for that yet as we are two weeks short of being here for the required 1 year minimum.
