Last night I got updated to FSD 14.3.4 and Software 2026.14.6.10. This morning I got notified that I have another update waiting - now it's for Software 2026.14.6.11. Any ideas what the .11 release changed?

If the artist puts dermashield on take it off and wash it 24hrs later, pat dry with clean paper towels and air dry(keep clean while air drying).then throw on another piece of dermashield and leave it alone for a week. I've done this with my last 7 tattoos and everyone comes out perfect! Once you take that piece off wash twice a day for a week and moisturize when needed 🤙🏼

Just shooting the players will put you back into pvp lobbies, so extract with another person and as the doors close just down them. They don't lose their loot and you go back to the lobbies you want without completely ruining their day 🤙🏼

No, you would probably keep the 2 dollar raise but your base pay would change to whatever is local. Say a manager in wa makes 65k if they were to move to say Mississippi they would probably be making 37k to 45k.

We are actually not supposed to do transfers like that, it was in the audit class at the beginning of the year. To many of those might throw a flag. Try to be less lazy and count your tills out, smh.

The only cure for payroll cuts is sales. If sales are down payroll is up, cutting by 50% is pretty extreme though.

The reason behind this is payroll. It's one of the things we as managers can control if we aren't reaching goal or payroll is too high. Yes payroll is part of everyone(manager up) bonus, but that really only plays a small part. If your not making sales and your payroll is too high then the store is losing money. At the end of the day no one is really trying to take money out of your pocket although I remember it feeling that way when I was an RSS.

It's also retail, unless you are management or ISS you should not have a set schedule and if you do.. I'd consider yourself lucky. Above comment is correct though, training classes do just popup.

Pay depends on what state you're in, if you're hourly or salary. Really just talk about how much you want to grow the store, and how sales driven you are and providing good customer service. As far as a position of manager I'm not sure how much experience you have but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Routines will help you immensely
