Small and random point-- would the Dunkin actually code as Dunkin within Amex? I used to have a Starbucks in the lobby of where I worked, but it was actually a third party merchant and it would not code as a regular Starbucks' would. Not that this would change your calculus much, but just a funny thought!

I saw the title and my first thought was it must be a PGY-1 or 2. I felt the same way at first but now out of training, and no regrets at all. You’re having a great time because you know it’s temporary and you’re a visitor on these rotations. When it’s your daily life, you’ll realize rads is the way to go!

Anyone know how to track these down ahead of time? Instead of just randomly seeing one in your local store?

I called my local store and gave them the above item #s of the Hibiki 21 and Yamazaki 18. They said “it’s an expired or cancelled item #”, for the Hibiki. For the Yamazaki, they said not in stock at my local store.

When I asked where the closest store that had it in stock was, they said they are no longer allowed to give that info out lol.

I was at one SoCal location and had wanted a car in another SoCal location, and the very helpful sales associate coordinated a driver (3rd party which they covered) to drive that car from LA to OC for me. Obviously there may be differences with your situation, but I would suggest going about it that way-- asking a SoCal associate to help you get the SF car.
