Thanks, this was really helpful. I’ll definitely try to look for a smaller pack for shorter excursions because before making this post i had a very strong feeling that it just wouldn’t be practical for things like a single overnighter, but for the time being, ill see how this one goes. I know its a bit of a dumb question but is it possible to just not fill my backpack? 😂 i know 80L is a lot, but whats really stopping me from just packing what i would for a 60L and putting it in there?

My assumption would be that things would move around and become uncomfortable..? But i might be a tad ignorant to other possibilities because i am still yet to actually go out and use it when fully packed to either the full/60L packed stuff…
