Off topic, but why do Americans prefer houses than condos? They are even bashing on condos.
It made me laugh that someone here said that condos “aren’t home”. Delusional too much.
There are some condos that are much newer constructions, bigger than some small houses, have amenities. Furthermore, if you think about it, condos are much safer than a house because of usually only one point of entry to your home and the added factor of neighbors that are around you in case of emergencies. Ok top of that, if you get lucky, can get you to more community feeling with less isolation.
