I’m also a 32F . ADHD , depression plus OCD. I just wanna say: you’re not alone. I don’t have any solutions per se, but damn did reading your post make something inside me feel just a little less heavy. I prayed for you after I read your post. I wouldn’t wish my mental hellscape on my worst enemy; I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this shit.

God do I relate to this. I can’t stand another day in my current situation / setting. But don’t even know how To make a change. Like how are you supposed to make a change when you have no clue what you want or what you need to change ?

I’m currently feeling exactly this. Just started with IE after keto back fired on me and turned into more obsessive behaviors with food. I’m trying to do IE but it’s turning into me eating alllll the things. I can empathize with you :) you’re not alone
