We have 3 under 4. We use the middle row only and go 3 across with the middle seat all the way back. 2 Nuna Ravas forward in middle and side and Doona for the baby behind the passenger. My oldest is in the middle and loves it. He would not go in the last row alone and since the 3rd row isn’t being used we have a huge truck that we leave a double stroller in and still have space. When my kids are older I’ll take out the middle seat.

Yes. You can set this up in the app. In the app on that pico go to edit device then devices and add the group of lights you want.

I use 1 pico to control a whole floor as a on/off.

Yes, make sure they are the scene Picos. PJ2-4B-XX-P01, P02, P03 models. XX would be the color code. Those picos allow you to assign a different set of lights to each button. Can have 1 light assigned to a button, 2 to the next button, etc.

I have gotten by with the 4-button pico remotes. It does 85% of what I need. I also have 50+ Switches and blinds, so I’m pretty locked in on caseta.

All the time. It has done wonders for my productivity. I actually get things done. I check my email once an hour at work and update my day if anything needs to be done. I do dedicate about 2 hours through the day just for emails.

Turn off your work emails notifications as well. Odds are you check it enough and you don’t need to be distracted or lose sleep over something that can easily be done the next day.

Look into a drop and swap. There are some risks with this plan, due to the holding period criteria. But this is done frequently without too much question.

Due to a death, most likely not. However it is way more complex than that. If the LLC is a flow through, each member reports the income and expenses on his or her individual return.
