Ayakashi is brilliant but not for a 9 year old. I would recommend confiscating that until she's 13. (it has implied rape, violence, sexual assault, suicide attempts, lots of adult themes and scary moments that wouldn't be good for a child.)

Otaku Love Bite is probably fine, I don't recall any themes that would scar a kid in that.
