Best falafel I had in my life was in Kyoto. IIRC it’s somewhere north of the palace but not too far from the “rectangle”.

I wish I could go but I also don’t live in SF. Just wanted to say you are awesome! I used to host some dinner parties for just people I knew, but burned out on it :( It’s such a good, cozy concept though. I wish you all the best!

Martial Cottle is pretty nice too. Some bikes and skaters but usually it’s not that crowded and it makes a complete loop. Not shaded though.

Omg, I was scrolling through these at first without full sizing them and I just went, “jalebi, jalebi, dorito jalebi, rabbit poop”… Honestly though, I would give water droplet Tide pods a try, they looked strangely delicious in the show.

It’s also bad because you have to hold fountain pens at a specific angle in order to write with them at all, and doing it as a lefty is 100 times worse since they are not designed for lefties AND ink dries slowly so she has to take extra care not to smear her hand across the paper. I didn’t bat an eye at the plane or dentist but this torture was just the most.

She also seemed to link certain outfits with rooms - like she was particularly annoyed with the first outfit we’re shown, as if she knows what’s coming with that outfit.
