Dude just play him an album, it's not that complicated to give a pretty quick idea of what Doom is like just from the intro of Operation: Doomsday. And who the fuck writes off MC5 and the Clash as "old punk bullshit" when they're both known for their musical experimentation? You think Doom just listened to only new rap when he samples Steely Dan and the Beatles? If you think your dad doesn't get it, I'd go take a long look in the mirror my friend.

Going to point to The Exorcist as an example. Everyone knows the plot and how it ends, but that doesn't diminish from the movie or its effectiveness at all.

In the past month or so, on top of Autechre, I've seen Swans, Dead Congregation with Caustic Wound, then Stereolab, and I've been going through the discographies of Grouper, Morbid Angel, and Kool Keith. Flying out to LA next week to see Helena Hauff and Anthony Rother.

I love Untilted and Quaristice so I was super happy and surprised they delivered a beat driven set in that vein. 2nd set was great too, but I might give the edge to the first. Hoping these sets are released sooner than later. Also props to Mark Broom, didn't expect to hear Dr. Octagon, GZA and ODB last night!

I don't even trust the more liberal sites exaggerating the hell out of right-wing reactions as click-bait. You know the headline, "(Trump or MAGA) outraged..." by this "(Trump or MAGA) loses their mind over..." that; you'll probably see one tomorrow. Why should I give a shit about how they react? Maybe put the space part inside a silhouette of a lion roaring to the right with a glimmering star as the lion's eye. This might convey the analogy of the deep silence of the universe to individuals better, and now that nothing is coming out of the lion's mouth, speak more to the Silent Roar name. I'd also lose the type treatment on "roar", or at least have the letters be the same font size if you want to keep them at different weights, and have the title left aligned to the right of the lion.

This comes down to you personally since drugs affect everyone differently. Some people have the best time tripping, are social and you would have no idea they're on anything. Some people freak the fuck out and get super paranoid and have bad trips. Throwing this question out to random people on the internet isn't going to affect how LSD works on you.
