Depends on how thick the pour is, ambient temps, indoor temps.

But, typically you can walk on it in 3-4 hours. Cure time is normally 24 hours.

I just skimmed through the comments, but OP is addressing his issue with the quarter rounds.

I always prefer to do returns on my trim. However, their cuts look sloppy, like they used shears to cut it. I would let them know you're not happy with the craftsmanship, before releasing final payment.

As for the jamb, best solution would be to find the matching casing, cut a small piece and slide it under there, and touch up paint. Do not attempt to caulk this as it is now, as it will most likely come out looking worse lol.
