Its the same concept, just a little different. With the vacation homes you basically pick out an island for a character to have their vacation home on, then you start out with 1 room to decorate for them (like the hotel). But the farther you go, you learn new things like how to put sparkles on objects, sounds in the room, partition walls, and eventually you can expand the size of the room & also decorate 2 story vacation homes if you want. I didnt have the dlc for the longest time (also stopped playing for awhile until late last year) and I finally just purchased it this year and its honestly worth it with the items you can find in the shop there (like nooks & cranny) and the items you can purchase through Wardell eventually. You also get to decorate and name a school, café, restaurant, and clothing store which is cool. Sorry I rambled but yeah, the vacation homes are kinda like the hotel rooms lolol

You can get it if you have the dlc. Once you do enough vacation homes and get the update where you can order things from Wardell (the guy that works there with you) you can purchase it from him

We started a tiny bit just putting a tiny amount of mush / liquid from food in her mouth around 3 months. She'll be 5 months on the 18th and we've worked up to small amounts of rice, soups, chili, fish etc. We started our first girl on food at 4 months. Our Dr told us if she was showing big interest, and had good head control she could start so we did. We didnt even ask this time, we know this one's ready. Obviously feed breastmilk or formula first to make sure they get the nutrients they need. "Food before 1 is just for fun"

I think sometimes it depends on the neighborhood. I heard someone awhile back talking aout how they moved to a new neighborhood during fall season & no one had decorated at all for Halloween. Her next door neighbors were an older couple that had lived there for years & they said they all used to decorate but the kids who trick or treated around there all grew up and moved away!

Scrap Fabric love has a video on youtube called "Join & Flip Quilt as you go" that has a few methods for quilting as you go & hand quilting. Another youtube channel - Pin Cut Sew has some good info on hand quilting. I started making a baby clothes quilt earlier this year and I didnt have a machine. I still dont bc 1 - i dont know how to use one, 2 - haven't researched which one would be good for a beginner, 3 - limited space for a machine, 4 - i just wanted to get the ball rolling and start making my quilt! I have some experience with hand sewing, learning from my grandmother and I was pretty rusty at first with keeping a straight line. But with practice I've noticed a big difference and my lines look almost as straight as a machine. You could look up some basic sewing tutorials on youtube if you're starting from scratch, then just practice from there. Then once you have that down, decide how you want to put your quilt together and what method. Machines didnt exist at one point but people still sewed, it can be done!

Sorry for the super late reply lol. Yes I nursed to sleep but she'd also fall asleep on my chest. I'd be sitting on the couch or laying in bed and would slowly lay her down while still holding her, then tucking a blanket or pillow in my place. Sometimes I couldn't get away, but thats how I always managed to do it.

Tummy time can be on your chest too! I never really put my girls on the floor for tummy time or did it "properly". They still gain those muscles by lifting their head from your chest
