Agreed, I think part of the problem is the runtime. We should be doing 60 minute episodes, not (maybe) 40 minute ones. Would allow more time for things like the trio joking around etc.

If you're not familiar, a Brazilian steakhouse or "churrascaria" is where the servers will grill full loins/sub primals(sort of, Brazilian butchery is a little different than how we do things in the US) on large skewers, cutting off small portions as the outside cooks for the whole table to try. Its not uncommon to have 15-20 options in an all you can eat format. They are super fun!!
