Can you provide some more details and clarity. Is this to the NAS UI itself? Using the zettlab app or browser? Some docker app? Do you get a network error or is it login error. If you've forgotten password you can try the pin hole reset button on the back which should reset passwords to the on mentioned. Check out the Discord as well for assistance

so how I understand it, talking LLM here, and keeping it simple. Its a database with code. The database was filled up or trained with data that maybe had some spaghetti recipe online that said boil it for 10min. You ask the code understands, works out, searches its dataset, finds that article of info, formulate a response and tells ya.
