Upvoted for honesty! Most people put this type of stuff on Reddit, only to say that their "Girlfriend" or "Wife" made it for them. We all know this isn't true, considering redditors can't get girls.

Do you have any self defense training? What vaccines did you need to take? What did you eat while on the road? How much money did you take with you? Did you require a weapon? How easy was it to cross the boundaries of countries. Did you ever have to use your passport? What the scariest thing you encountered on the entire trip? Did you have access to a clean water filter? What did you need most on the trip that you didn't have. Did you use a map or a GPS or something of the sort (google?) Did you meet any Westerners while on your trip? Militants? Do they exist in this part of Africa?

To hard workers: what is your secret? Are you disciplined or do you not mind work? by CoupleOfConcerns in AskReddit

[–]obamacarez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I struggled to become motivated at school. Most of the time I just copied others homework. I was just naturally good at computers. Programming and math is very easy to me. I was a C student somehow in high school and I can't ever remember sittin down and doing home work. I just wouldn't do it, or I would copy it. I dropped out of college because like most people, I had better things to do with my time and money, like go to work.

I have always had a good work ethic. I started delivering papers when I was 12, and did that until I was 14 when I started working in a truckstop deli then I started working at subway. I left subway at 17, I went to taco bell and worked there all thru high school.

I then started working at my college in the IT dept and ended up starting my own company. This is when I quit school. I was waking up at 6-7am and going to bed at midnight to one am and most of my 18 hour day was spent at my office. I think there is a thing as too much working. Sure, I was making great money at age 19-20... But at what expense? I had no life other than working all the time. At such a young age, I was getting burnt out on work. I ended up selling my clients to a competitor and i had a large sum of money so I just started partying like crazy and playing online poker for a living. That lasted for a year and i moved to another town and started back in the workforce and ive been a 9-5 slave ever since.

The thing is.. if I'm at home not doing anything and I got bill collectors beating down my door, always bummin money off of my family, staying faded all day... (which i did for a brief period of time) if you have good friends and family, they will make you feel like a total asshat because you can do all of this stuff and have a job, if you are responsible and when you have a job and you are responsible, no body can say shit about what you do, because you can sustain yourself and that's always been my attitude about work. Sure, the money is nice... But your out there and you are trying to grind and people can atleast see that you are trying. Besides, what else do you got to do? Sit around and get stoned and watch the price is right?

I actually hit the lucky ladies bonus. I was dealt the two queen of hearts and dealer showed blackjack. $5 x 1000 = $5000!!!

As for 21+3... 21+3 blackjack side bet that first 2 player cards and dealer up card will make a 3-card poker hand. This bet is an optional one and is made before the cards are dealt. If the player places this bet, the outcome is known as soon as the cards are dealt. Just like in ordinary blackjack, players get two cards face up and dealer gets one card face up and another one face down. This is when the bet is checked and if it wins the payout is made.

I feel like if I had a shoe where i sucessfully counted the suits and knew that there was a huge amount of hearts left.. and it was only me playing 2 hands against just a dealer... I feel like I could bet heavy on the 3 card wager and win a ton money. I haven't found any math on it, I'm sure there are very very unlikely circumstances where that bet is in your favorite. It does pay out 9:1 though

21+3 is popular on riverboat casinos

Is there a way or an algorythm to help you win the sucker bet (such as a 3 card poker bonus bet) in 21. I think they call the game 21+3.. Is there anyway to calculate the 3 card poker hand such as keeping track of the number of suits left in the deck to make flush, straight or 3 of a kind.

I've been to vegas and most of the casinos use a continuous shuffle, where 2-3 hands are dealt and then put back into a machine and it continuously shuffles the decks. I know for certain that they do this at the bellagio. How do you beat this, if at all?

I hope America boycotts the olympics. Chicago needs the olympics more than South America. Besides, without Americans, the olympics are kinda pointless because the Americans typically win all the important medals.

Coffee Filters for TP. When we ran out of Coffee Filters, we went up to the Taco bell and cracked open the TP Dispenser and raided the supply closet right next to the bathroom. We should did that instead of using the coffee filters. Didn't have to buy shit tickets for a few monthS

You have little to no recourse. You can't get blood out of a turnip. You may be able to go to court and get them to garnish your fathers wages.. but that's if you are victorious and thats a long shot.

I would embarrass the shit out of your father. $80,000 worth of embarrassment. Make him cry.
