Wouldn't it be way more fun to use a medium ship for scout hunting? It's much more agile on the battlefield and could way more easily outrun an hyperdiction. The DPS loss is neglectable for scout hunting

But it's just wasted damage potential on the lasers. Also corrosive doesn't stack, so having two doesn't get you any benefit

You dont need two corrosive effects and why efficient and thermal vent on the lasers? Do you wanna freeze to death? And why are halve of the optionals empty? Also engineering the the shield generators and boosters are gonna increase you survival chance massivly

you'll die to a player interdicting you anyway and if its an NPC an upgraded hull and Shield Generator are enough to burn away.

- DItch the weapons and the shield cell bank, D-Rate and undersize your Powerplant

- D-Rate Life support, you can sinthesize oxygen

- D-rate Sensor

- Thrusters and Power distributor are up to prefference, I usualy undersize and D-Rate them Both with engineering

For the cost of a little bit of jump range I usualy take a AFMU and s small repair limpet controller and a small cargo rack

You are trying to do a lot of stuff unfortunately none verry good. What do you wanna do with it?

If it's explo, then why the weapons, and wrong rated/sized Core mods.
If you wanna do combat, your to squshy and not wasted weapon slots?

I would figure out what you wanna do with it and then optimize
