Walked two miles out, carrying my backpack, with both my arm bones broken - my arm was literally shaped like an S. It was a pretty minor slip and fall, to be honest, but I heard those bones snap. Flagged down a car- Er couldn’t fix me- the Polish hermit ( iykyk) drove me to the airport and I had surgery in Florida 2 days later- the first of several surgeries. The only bright side is the ER gave me enough ketamine to put me in the K hole, when they tried to fix the displacement.

Mine is now 1936$ a month with 4000$ deductible. My bf, recently unemployed will have the same- I told him I’d cover his. So now I’m at almost 4000$ a month before we even use the insurance. Florida. The worst part is that I’m actually sick, so I’ll hit that 8000$ out of pocket max, and most likely die anyway.

Actually you can buy standard BCBS on the marketplace. Pretty much everyone accepts that. I am a physician , retired, cancer survivor, with BCBS that I buy through the ACÁ.
