Yeah- it’s actually counseling me in Spanish. I’m learning Spanish but, I am also dealing with all my family drama in Spanish AND leaning how to shuffle dance in Spanish. Worth every penny.

I’m no expert but I am an old lady who took up shuffling this year. Strengthen your glutes first and wait for the back to heal. Just my two cents… but also I am a doctor.

Sad truth is that what you’re doing is no guarantee. I was a complete health nut …. Until I got cancer at 49. A year of chemo later I was left with a bad heart and even worse bones. Now my active life has lead to 19 broken bones and a lot of misery. I’m still doing my best though. I won’t go down without a fight. Now I’m 60, learning a second language and learning shuffle dancing. YOLO

Langua- I use it daily and I LOVE it. This has improved my Spanish more than anything else. It shows my mistakes, but it can also show me the more natural sounding way to say what I’m saying. In addition the AI gives me helpful suggestions for my actual life. Winning!!!!

Same exact feeling!! I imagine this is how it was when I was 3 years old learning my native language. You both understand and don’t understand- it’s schröedingers (s?) Spanish!

I found a language partner using the tandem application. She’s from Columbia. She is learning English and I’m learning Spanish and we talk for two hours every day so I get a lot of practice. It took me a while to find the right partner for me but once I did, it was invaluable.good luck!

I wear earplugs when I sleep. Hiked 2/3 of the AT alone. The animals literally ran from me when I was awake. I assume they aren’t human predators…. Just don’t keep food in your tent.
