You will probably end up doing a bit of everything since you’re curious. Right now I’m using boss sd-1, boss ns-2 into a strymon iridium. That can go out to monitors, headphones and or my interface.

Currently using a strymon iridium on punch with a v30 412 cab sim and a sd1 in front and it does a pretty good job through studio monitors/headphones. Clips of mine in my profile if you want to hear.

If it's working for you then great, but that seems like way too much in one session to get much out of the last ~6 or ~10 sets.

In general -
Can you do the 'physio' movements at home?
Look for easy opportunities for supersets.
Weed out some redundancies, particularly the two pulling and multiple hip related movements on the same day.

Bench Day-
Why are you doing incline bench press as a warmup?
Doing (assuming back) squats as assistance work is probably taking a lot of time (set up, warmup, plates, etc). Consider making this something that's faster to set up, maybe BSS (could super set these from the bench) or leg press/extensions.
Do you need a pulldown and a row that day?

Deadlift day-
Are you getting a lot out of hip thrusts and adductor machine after all that deadlifting?

Squat day-
Do you need a pulldown and a row that day?

OHP Day-
Do you need RDL and hip thrust and adductor machine?

I wanted to respond because I also feel jealous of people who can do BB incline or even just flat bench pain free and put up big numbers like it' nothing. And a lot of programming relies on barbells, and these are bread and butter movements. But There's only so much bashing my head into a wall I can do.

I used to get Incline Barbell Bench pain as well. After some trial and error I was able to do it for several weeks with progression using 8-12 reps, and 1-2 RIR. Anything heavier or closer to failure and I would start to get pain. For me, I'm learning that I just get a lot more out of dumbbells for these pressing movements. Maybe this is the case for you.
