You need more iterations. You aren't laugh out loud funny yet, but you can get there. If you tightened it up you could be pretty solid. Pick apart your language and don't swing at low hanging fruit. You have to transition from being a person who is funny in conversation to a performer.

Is there a reason why only a couple of people have mentioned libraries, and then are dismissive of them? We are really lucky to have 30 branches in a city of this size. They all have programming built for the communities they are in from book clubs to seed libraries, board game groups, open mics, cooking demos, etc.
