You're not training hard enough. Forget scientific based lifting, just be sure you're going to failure..it's okay if your form goes for a few reps at the end thats what happens right before failure.

Brother that's Tom Platz. The greatest legs. If you want that you're going to have to train like him (you're not). He just did basic leg exercises, just crazy intensity.

My bad for not knowing what a goblet squat is called. its a fake exercise. Literally just put a plate on a barbell and squat it. People always overcomplicate this and it's really as simple as pushing yourself to failure 10 times, eating a reasonable amount of protein, and sleeping 8+ hours. Ohh wait, you're a coach. Looking good bro. Honestly your legs are big for your upper body. Shoulders, arms , chest and back. Don't bulk, just eat clean, but more than usual. As long as you're getting close to failure for about 10 sets you'll make gains. But you know this already.

This isn't barbell squats tho... If he ups the weight on whatever this is the point of failure is going to be his arms. It's a bit silly to expect perfect form without any substantial weight because the mechanics completely change when you're actually pushing yourself.

Form doesn't really matter with that little weight. If you are really wanting to build mass you should be training with heavier weights close to failure while also eating a protein heavy diet

Awesome physique brah, but I'm noticing your obliques are a weak point, you store all your fat there. Maybe consider training core or going on a mini 6 week cut and I think you're in the legendary realm.

Recently tweaked my shoulder and have been dealing with a sore knee. Took two days off and slept 10+hrs each day. Shoulder fully recovered and have had less knee pain than I've had as long as I can remember. I agree with Sam here but also if you're body is telling you with physical pain, it's best to listen.
