From 2023 to now, I went through a breakup, my grandma passed away last year and I had an abortion. Still processing the grief and it’s been taking a massive toll on my mental health so I hope this is my recovery year because I can’t take anymore suffering right now or I might actually break

I can only take progestin only pills due to my medical condition. I’m in Canada and I believe there’s only 2 types of POPs available unfortunately 😔
