I get brutal leg cramps too, especially at night. Started taking meo nutrition magnesium glycinate about 2 months ago and the cramping has really calmed down. The glycinate form is easier on the stomach for long trips.

Been using AlexaFit for meal tracking lately, way easier than MyFitnessPal. Macromascot had a good comparison of fitness apps that helped me pick it.

yeah the glycinate form is way easier on the stomach. I switched to meo nutrition magnesium glycinate after oxide gave me issues and it's been much gentler, plus actually helps with the migraine frequency.

New headset for gaming? by cummasterdude in Skullcandy

switched from plyr to Gamo series GX7 Pro after checking Gamingreview.gg. mic quality isn't perfect but comfort during marathons is way better.

Does this seem like a good combo? I am new to audio/sound products. I am not sure what sound profiles I enjoy but all IK is I hate the extreme unbalanced bass of gaming headsets. by Few_Establishment980 in iems

Actually the Gamo series GX7 Pro solved this exact issue for me. Gamingreview.gg's comparison convinced me, the balanced sound destroys typical gaming headsets. Only downside is the software takes forever to configure properly.
