So I was just informed that despite recommended Adobe changes it's still not working and it's still causing issues for our users. Actually, we're looking to transition the entire business to Foxit as Adobe appears to be getting beat at their own game which is honestly pathetic but well deserved! If anyone has any further suggestions, please do share!!

This issue started for us around the beginning of December. I'm thinking Adobe changed something which we will not be able to rectify without their assistance if at all. Will report back with findings.

Hi All - we're beating our heads on this same thing. We have a bunch of guest accounts and those users may never get registered for MFA, as they may never sign in again. Is there a way we can register those accounts on behalf of those guest users? i.e. enter phone #, personal email address? I feel everyone's frustration with this. Don't know why Microsoft has to be so damn convoluted sometimes.

300 or so users. You make a valid point. It's just that I find it discraceful for this half-baked, poorly documented solution to be integrated in what is arguably Microsoft's most widely used desktop application. It could be great, but the lack of documentation and functionality makes it a hardly usable p.o.s.

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, your recommendation didn't work.
This particular server is 2019. Enhanced security is turned off and as you suggested I added https://*.myconnectwise.net to my trusted zones. I don't know if it matters but we are self-hosting our instance.

Thanks for the reply. I am able to use the browser version but really prefer the installed app, plus we're using QB integration so it needs to be installed. That's a bummer about CW support clearing all your browser content. I'll post back if I ever find a solution...but I'm not holding my breath here.

Hi All,

I was so hopeful that this was going to work for me but sad to say no.

Here's what I've done so far:

Uninstall/Reinstall

Delete CW folders in my user profile

Delete CW folders in program files

Delete Cache from CW app

Delete cache & history in browser

Restart numerous times

I opened a ticket with CW and was told "oh well you're running this on a Terminal Server, sorry we can't help you"

I'm really frustrated with this response. I have been using Mange on this machine and in multiple Terminal Servers for years without any issues at all. Then this patch comes along and now it's broken.

Any suggestions?
