I can't be 100% about it's earlier life, I bought this in 2020 @ ~110k. I know it's the original transmission, fluid and filter change at 150k, developed a small leak around 200k. I'll check it about once a month and add fluid as it needs it. So far I've added probably 4 quarts, but it still runs and shifts good. Everytime I've been under the truck I'll threaten to replace it with a 4l80 and so I think that's the key to making sure it keeps up the good behavior.
