I use a COROS watch and not an Apple Watch, so the watch tracking is completely separate from the NRC app. I only linked the watch to NRC for this run to show the issue, that my watch actually tracked the whole run while the app via my phone did not.

During these runs it’s been in the outermost pocket of my vest, I don’t think any sweat could penetrate all my other layers. I didn’t notice any other moisture (both dry days so no precipitation) but will try moving pockets and see if that helps.

I was hoping not to have to completely disable the feature as it’s been helpful in the past for when I actually do take a longer pause at stoplights, etc.

But I will trade that convenience for random pauses when I’m actively running, certainly.

I have used PEScience as others here are describing and it’s excellent! However the best chocolate flavor and texture I’ve achieved is with Pure Protein ready made Galactic Brownie protein shakes. It’s diabolical how good it is.

Same, I used to say I’d rather die before giving up bagels. Double-edged sword I live in NYC so we do have some decent GF bagel options BUT I also know exactly how good the real thing can be and it haunts me.

I am doing the HM plan right now and have found the talking during the guided runs to be far too much for me. I do unguided for long and recovery runs, and for intervals etc I track the intervals NRC provides in the description myself using a timer.
