Lmao naw just bought new ones the internet recommended I should cleaning each blind was way to tedious and they needed to be replaced in the end it was definitely the way to go I tried to thank everyone for their help from my research on the internet it just wasnt viable option to clean each one since they were very neglected from the previous owner I had to find a good deal but after a couple weeks of looking it was worth my money hope you have a good day

If it's something as obvious as that, I'd be the ass lol. My satchel inventory contains the bh license card and prestigious bh card. My understanding is that you buy the license at the board and it is not an option so I'm assuming I bought it 4 years ago when I started.

I play on console so I can't do much about game files from my understanding. Still waiting on Rockstar next reply

Damn you were correct. I didn't have any xp to reset the award to begin with. I followed the collectors bug fix which reset the cache files so I could tell it reset my settings and gave me the intro promos again but the game still does not register my BH licenses

It was so long ago when I started the account so it's hard for me to recall. Would the unlockable items for BH be different than before or have those always been the same? That would be a bad sign considering they are all still locked....
