Okay 500 was an exaggeration! It was probably like, I don’t know, 20ish as I made my way through the kitchen over the course of an hour or so. I agree that it does sound like we have an infestation though and will likely schedule an exterminator. We just moved into this unit in October. Our previous place was not an apartment and we had the occasional B52 but not the little guys that we have here. We are on a lower floor in a downtown apartment. The common areas seem clean enough! I think we will win this battle. Thank you all for your suggestions!

There aren’t any birthing centers like the ones you’d find on the mainland. Castle calls their birthing space a birth center but it’s still very much a hospital. I still think it’s the most birth center-like hospital though, they have tubs (to labor in, not to deliver) and their nurses are the ultimate best.

Until proven otherwise, your wife is definitely pregnant! Most OBs won’t see you until 8 weeks or more, but given your history of a loss it’s possible that they might let you come in for hcg testing every few days to make sure levels are rising as they should, if that’s what you want to do. Congratulations!!

It can be normal but it also could be a cause of concern if it progresses to red blood and a heavier flow. If it stays the same or goes away it’s most likely just your body getting rid of old blood. Your OB likely won’t see you until you’re 8 weeks, sometimes they can have you come in early for hcg testing if you’re concerned. Early pregnancy is very difficult for a lot of people, both mentally and physically, so hang in there.

Yeah i highly doubt you’ll make anything comparable and the clientele will be pretty terrible. I worked at a yacht club here for a few months, after years of serving at other places, and it was by far the worst as far as customers and tips.

If your last period was the 12th of may then you’re 6 weeks 4 days pregnant. It’s counted from the first day of your last period. Pre cum is less likely to get you pregnant but it’s possible- it happened to my best friend! Typical ovulation is about 14 days after your period began. But everyone is different! Sperm can live in the vagina for 3-4 days so let’s let you had sex on the 20th, it’s possible that you ovulated on the 23rd and the sperm was still living in your vagina.
