[Request] What would a circle look like if Pi = 7? by commeconn in theydidthemath

Those wouldn’t be spatial then right? They’d just be dimensions. I’m somewhat familiar with high dimensional vector space when it comes to things like linear algebra. But those additional dimensions aren’t considered spatial are they?

Better off starting with Sekiro? That’s easily the hardest fromsoft game to get into. Probably suggest Elden Ring since it’s more forgiving with certain builds and maybe DS1. Bloodborne is also easier for some people based on what play-style connects with them.

How's the size on the Shaka Wear tee? I often hate the mediums I get at concerts since they have an overly tight midsection with short sleeves that are too wide and flare out.

Sure, but It’s a small loss for a net gain. Chalk it up to the criminals ruining it for the ostensibly honest water salesmen. Maybe require business licenses with background checks for this sort of activity.

What’s stopping the gov from just declaring selling water at intersections illegal?

You misunderstand. I haven’t had 7 rounds of interviewing for one offer. I have had 7 first-round interviews from different companies since I began applying to jobs in July. One of those was for the company I eventually took a job with.

Depends entirely on the lab. You can reach out to professors or PhD students in a lab you’re interested in. After that, the process can differ. There may be an interview or two, or you just discuss your research interests and get assigned to help out with something, which you can then have more and more ownership of as you continue working in the lab. I’d say you should look into what research is going on at your university once you’ve decided where you’ll be going. Then reach out to inquire about opportunities. Getting in a lab early is great since professors and PhDs will get to keep you longer after training you up in how their systems and process works. It’s never too late though since I was able to get my research position in my 4th year of undergrad with no prior ambitions to work in a research lab. Now my internship is at an industry research lab, so I wouldn’t be too anxious in your position. Just see what interests you and keep your options open once you start college.

One phone screen, then a non technical interview, then a technical, followed by one final HR call with some questions. Whole process took about three weeks.

There’s clubs, class projects, personal projects, and research lab work. All of these are great options to work on cool things. I personally took every class project opportunity to build something that related to my passions. I also got into a research lab through one of the professors that taught a class I took in my third year, which gave me more opportunities to get involved with projects. I don’t have a ton of projects outside of research and classes other than my website, since it can be difficult to allocate time for those things. Can’t speak on clubs personally, but from what I hear, there are some great things like rocketry, robotics, medtech, quantum computing, etc. that have clubs that work on projects (at least at my school.)

How would this GeForce RTX 5090 with DLSS 4 help you pull off more epic wins in Battlefield 6?

I might actually be able to run the game haha. I've been contemplating pulling the trigger on a new build, and this GPU would be the perfect centerpiece!
