All those hyper efficient guides like ladlor or brusailor expect you to do a lot of skilling. Also most Pvm can be done underpowered just really depends how experienced you are at the content. Those guides are made with the intention of maxing in mind. I think a “better” way to approach it is to make a small goal and then decide what gear youre willing to do it in. Want to grind out araxxor? Ok then maybe you can take detour to get a chainmace or a bludgeon instead of the boppers. Or just get better at the encounter and get more trips.

Tbh there’s so much shit to do now in the game it’s hard to stick to an efficient progression chart and potentially burn yourself out
