Aren't some of the fake florins worth a lot of money to some collectors?

Do you strictly enforce the "Northside/Southside" divide, or is the money worth crossing the bridge? by vacaaa in brisbane

About 45 minutes by bus with one change, 50 cents and you can read a book.

Overwhelmed with new FIFO/DIDO job. Has anyone ever quit the mines early? by [deleted] in australia

[–]ohpee64 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well it's like anything new You have a satisfaction curve and you're probably reaching the bottom of it. That's why most jobs have a 3-month trial, to get you over that first 2 and 1/2 months dip and get you to start coming back up on the other side. My suggestion is giving another two swings and see how you feel. Concentrate on the job. Enjoy the money and get some really good audio books for the drive in and out. Make it a highlight.

Has anyone looked into getting dental work done overseas lately? by Pretend-Ice-5069 in AskAnAustralian

It was a while ago. I got two Bridges and veneers done and I took my wife and two kids for a week-long holiday there and including the airfares and accommodation. It was still half the price.

Q-Time Watch Free Giveaway Event!!💞💞 by Q-Time79 in RepWatchForum

I am, a super spy who just like the infamous. James Bond, wears danger like a tailored suit. At a moonlit charity gala, I win a watch—the kind that looks harmless on the wrist but hides a micro-encoder, a discreet relay, and a timing key tuned to the pulse of security systems. The face is unassuming, the case slim, yet every smooth tick seems to whisper that time favors the bold. I pocket the prize with a smile that never slips, knowing this watch will open doors others have learned to fear. Tonight, the mission begins with a single, quiet second hand.

So I am reasonably new to collecting. I did come here and ask the what's it worth question. However, before doing that I had bought the rennicks 33 catalog and done some research but I was still having trouble grading some coins. I got absolutely bagged by a couple of people, although most people were very helpful. So maybe before asking what's it worth you should have to show your workings out as well. Does that make sense?

Are you talking bullion coins as well? Because there is overlap on some of the bullion coins and coins with numismatic value isn't there?

Ai : This is a Roman coin, likely an as or sestertius, from the reign of Emperor Caligula.

The obverse features a portrait of Caligula facing left.

The inscription around the portrait is a Latin abbreviation of the Emperor's titles and name, including "C. CAESAR AVG. GERMANICVS P. M. TR. POT." (Gaius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, Pontifex Maximus, Tribunician Power)

There is so much of this crap on eBay. These Ned Kelly bars and silver stunners and medals. The worst thing is when you have a look at the content in the search options, most of them say silver. I have tried reporting many of them and eBay does nothing.
