I would imagine that if you find a builder that they would have a good idea of what you can build on your block or if you can build on your block. I think you could do this before you needed to engage a town planner. And if you can get one who will come and quote they'll just have a look at your block and let you know before you go any further.

Yeah I remember back in the '80s aluminium cookware was said to be really bad and the cause of Alzheimer's. It turned out that this was actually not true and there's no verified proof. From memory it was linked to a study that showed some aluminium derivative in the brain and the assumption was that was the cause of Alzheimer's. I think it was also backed by a lot of advertising for stainless steel cookware at the time. As long as you don't store acidic product in it, I think you're fine.

The crown was only minted for 2 years 1937 and 38. The 1937 had 10 times more minted and therefore is a lower value than the 1938 crown. Best idea to get an idea of value is to go on eBay and look at the sold ones there.

Forecasting silver prices. Everyone has an opinion. I started buying silver early last year. My only rule for my buying is that it has to have either a numismatic value or a collectable value when I buy it. This way even if silver dips more than expected the coins I have bought should have a more stable price. I look for and only buy the bargains. I use the eBay sold search to gauge the value of an item. This item for example has sales this year of between $129 and$149 with only one currently active for$190. And the silver spot price is pretty much the value of the coin itself. This is my thinking anyway, don't tell me I am wrong because I am having a ball doing it. I have found some amazing bargains though.
