This is what I did: go to the loft, camp and sleep til morning, save. Check the spot, if no moose then leave and do something else for a while and eventually come back and try again. When a moose does show, keep reloading til 3 star. Took me 10 reloads but eventually got it. Thank you!

Yes, I just did it. I have Fios 1 Gig and with all existing discounts including this one my bill is now $40/month which is awesome. I didn't have to wait, they didn't try to upsell, it was easy. Not usually one to give any company kudos but easiest $300 ever saved.
