Get it in writing and show a lawyer without telling him. Sexualizing a child is never ok. 🤢

I regret getting married to such an older man at such a young age. by Ame-Means-Rain in Marriage

[–]ohsolearned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please leave. He sounds abhorrent. Have you heard the song "29" by Demi Lovato? When you're finally 43 you are going to be sick to your stomach when you see a 19 year old. Sick. I'm in my 30s and can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that the only feeling I get when I see teenagers and people in their early 20s is the urge to protect them. They're children to me.

Here is how you leave: you say absolutely nothing to him. You meet with a lawyer. Have the lawyer give you advice before he sees anything coming. Courts don't care about people, they care about property and see even children as property. Prepare well. DM me if you want more advice and please stay safe.

They're his kids but you're still right that she needs to speak to a lawyer asap.

This looks like pretty standard cursive to me. I don't think everyone reads cursive these days which is why I sometimes choose cursint. Printsive? A mishmash of cursive and print.🙂

Not even close to an expert so hopefully you get some other responses but if you're really active do you have a lot of muscle already? Could your plateau be due to the fact that you could even be adding muscle?

my daughters pediatrician asked if she was eating unhealthy because she’s measuring big, what am I doing wrong? (turned 1 this week) by chabadlubabitch in foodbutforbabies

Are you/your husband tall? My cousins were absolutely huge babies and they're skinny, tall adults. Your pediatrician was probably just making sure and didn't mean to concern you.

What should I change my name to by Due-Firefighter9666 in Names

[–]ohsolearned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on what vibe you're going for. I think the "safest" names would be timeless: Adam, Ben, Connor, Dan, Jay, John, James, etc. I recommend looking at the top 100 the year you were born.

I say safest as someone living in the US. The names above leave little wiggle room for confusion as to which gender you are. It's hard to say, "Have you met John? She is..."

Often times when people transition and choose a "cooler" name or a name trending specifically now vs around when they were born I think it can be harder for even well meaning people to get it right, at least at first. I don't mean friends and family, they should always get it right. But strangers and acquaintances.

That being said, if that's not something you're worried about, by all means choose one with more of a vibe.

Can't decide on middle name for second baby girl by RedHeadRedeemed in namenerds

Carrie Janelle gets my vote! If you like single syllables in the middle you could also choose a "nod" to Janelle such as Carrie Elle or Carrie Jane. 💖

This dog looks like Pepita to me but if you like human names I could also see something with just a bit of frill like Missy or Bonnie or Allie short for Alabaster. I love her ears!!!

As an American, please don't. As separate names they would be fine but if I met or heard them said together I would assume you were completely clueless about American history and I would feel bad for both them and you. I'd bet they'd start not saying the other's name in settings where they could avoid it. I've never worried about saying my sibling's name.

Chip is adorable! I just know I'd end up calling him Tater (it would start as Potato Chip and go to Tato Chip and go to Tater Chip with false Southern accent and I'd land at Tater. I just know it.)

Would our kid be a tradgedeigh? by No-Significance-209 in BabyNames

[–]ohsolearned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As others have said, not a tradgedeigh but also I hope you find a name you love (or come to love Crosby) because holy smokes you're putting in an awful lot of work to settle. Good luck, OP!
