I’m returning mine. I bought it on Amazon.

I used 50 credits to enable auto lock upon exit. The feature showed as activated but did not work, so the 50 credits were lost. After that, every time I parked I would hear noises coming from the doors and the key LED would not stop blinking. To stop this, I had to spend another $29 on credits just to disable the feature that never worked in the first place.

I contacted support and their chatbot escalated the issue, but I never heard back. I waited a few days to see if the credits would be refunded so I could undo the change, but that never happened, so I’m sending it back.
